Mô tả công việc
• Lead on urban design component of master planning projects with support from international experts
• Manage projects and liaise with the clients
• Support Company Partners and Managers in setting business directions
• Guide team members on design aspects of projects
• Present our proposals to the clients and to local authorities on behalf of the clients
• Prepare project reports to submit to the clients
• Quality control for design production
• Communicate any conflict or challenges which may arise in the progress of a project to Partners and Company Managers
• Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Good Degree in Architecture/Urban Design/Planning
• Strong urban design conceptual abilities
• Ability to communicate concepts to clients and project teams
• An understanding of building typologies and building systems and how they impact urban form
• Familiar with master planning practice in Viet Nam including planning standards and local regulations
• Self-motivated to build up and expand the company's market footprint and influence in Viet Nam
• Ability to process information and communicate in English is preferable
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through drawings
• Demonstrate creative ability, including urban, architectural, and graphic design
• Experience in architectural and infrastructure construction issues, including coordination of various design disciplines, development phasing, and coordinating cost estimates is a plus
• Competent in software skills such as MS Office (Word, Power Point), CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred
• Should be able to work independently and have ability to guide junior team members
• Senior Urban Planner/Designer should have at least 3 years of experience while Principal has a minimum of 5 years of experience.
