Our client is a leading technology and software solutions company. They develops innovative digital platforms and solutions for global customers, with a strong focus on workflow automation, Low-Code/No-Code, and AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate product strategy into clear requirements.
Create and manage
epics, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria
, and product documentation.
Analyze existing platforms, processes, user needs, and pain points to identify areas for improvement.
Engage with internal customers (-25% of the role) to understand requirements, constraints, and business needs.
Act as a bridge between customers, stakeholders, Engineering, UX, and Operations.
Support requirement reviews, UAT, release preparation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with Engineering on solution feasibility, technical requirements, risks, and delivery.
Support workflow automation and AI-driven initiatives where applicable.
Contribute to user adoption, change management, and product improvement.
Requirements:
Must-have:
7+ years
of experience as a Product Business Analyst, Product Owner Assistant, or similar role.
Strong understanding of
enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and system thinking
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear requirements.
Experienced in writing
user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and functional specifications
.
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in an
Agile environment
with strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.
Good spoken and written
English
.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with workflow/approval platforms or process automation.
Exposure to Low-Code/No-Code, cloud, AI/ML, or platform modernization projects.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum-related certifications.
