The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our fast-growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is not a role for the average designer; we're looking exclusively for extraordinary talent who can compete with the best designers globally.

You'll design the user experience of our AI-driven platforms, crafting interfaces that make sophisticated agentic workflows intuitive and powerful. Your designs will directly impact how gaming studios create marketing content that reaches hundreds of millions of players.

Core Responsibilities

• Design elegant interfaces for AI copilot tools that seamlessly guide users through complex agentic workflows
• Create intuitive interaction patterns for prompt engineering, model selection, and AI output refinement
• Develop comprehensive design systems for AI-powered enterprise tools with multi-million dollar impact
• Design data visualization and analytics interfaces that make AI insights actionable for gaming studios
• Collaborate with ML engineers to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences
• Drive design decisions that shape our platform's AI interaction paradigms and future direction

Your Skills and Experience

Required Experience

• 5+ years of product design experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms that have reached millions of users
• AI/ML Design Expertise: Proven experience designing interfaces for AI-powered products, including conversational UI, prompt engineering tools, or ML model interaction patterns
• Gaming/Creative Industry Knowledge: Understanding of video content creation workflows, marketing campaign tools, or creative professional software
• Data Visualization Mastery: Expert-level ability to design interfaces that make complex data and AI outputs comprehensible and actionable
• Enterprise SaaS Experience: Track record designing products that generate measurable multi-million dollar business impact
• AI Interaction Patterns: Deep understanding of how users interact with AI systems, including error states, confidence indicators, and iterative refinement workflows
  Professional English communication skills (verbal and written)

Interview Process

1. Portfolio Review & AI Design Discussion (60 mins)
   • Portfolio walkthrough focusing on AI/ML product work
   • Deep dive into your approach to designing for AI systems
2. Design Challenge (1 week to complete)
   • Real-world AI interface problem related to our domain
   • Focus on agentic workflow design and user guidance
3. Design Review & System Design (90 mins)
   • Present your challenge solution
   • Collaborative exercise on AI interaction patterns
   • Discussion on scaling design systems for AI products
4. Final Leadership Conversation (60 mins)
   • Vision alignment with founders
   • Culture fit and growth opportunities discussion
