Role Overview
- We are looking for a Product Manager (Chat Function) to join our Product Division, responsible for shaping the future of messaging and communication within our Super App ecosystem.
- This role focuses on building and evolving our Chat platform, enabling seamless communication across tens of millions of users in the Vingroup ecosystems and beyond, creating experiences that surpass competitors.
- You will play a central role in defining strategy, user experience, and use cases for chat features including messaging, group chat, official accounts, and AI-powered interactions, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver world-class communication products.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Chat platform (personal chat, groups, Official Accounts, AI chatbots, mini-apps).
• Research and analyze the Vietnamese messaging market, understanding user behaviors and identifying opportunities to compete with established platforms.
• Collaborate with VinGroup business units to integrate chat into their customer journeys and enable ecosystem-wide communication.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality features that balance user experience, scalability, and performance.
• Work with Business, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive user adoption, and build the Official Account ecosystem.
• Analyze user behavior data, conduct research (interviews, surveys, usability testing), and monitor market trends to inform product decisions.
• Define and track KPIs such as DAU, retention, engagement, message volume, and continuously optimize product performance.
• Present strategy, progress, and results to board members, managing stakeholder alignment across the organization.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Stay updated with messaging, social media, and communication technology trends, proposing new directions for innovation within the Super App ecosystem.
Yêu cầu
• At least 4 years of experience in Product Manager, prefer working on messaging, communication, or social products.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer products to millions of users (for Senior/Leader level).
• Strong understanding of messaging platforms, user behaviors in communication apps, and market dynamics in Vietnam.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to present to and influence C-level executives, manage diverse stakeholder groups, and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and market research methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional team coordination.
• User-centric mindset with strong empathy for user needs and ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience at super apps, e-commerce platforms, or large conglomerates is a big plus.
• Educational background: Prefer but not mandatory, bachelor's degree of higher, mayjor in Product Development or related feilds.
