Job Description

TIKI, a #1 Trusted Ecommerce Platform in Vietnam, is seeking a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to help to spearhead our financial products as we develop, identify opportunities, build financial solutions, and grow our financial product offerings. The Product Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of a financial product, from inception to launch.

About the candidate:

Our ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in Product Management in a technology environment, preferably online financial or digital or other relevant consumer products. He/she must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to leverage big data to develop, analyze, and improve our financial products. This role requires a candidate with curiosity, excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as he/she'll be working with many different constituents. This is a customer-centric role, working to translate the needs of the customer into online financial product opportunities.

Objectives of this Role:

Drive product strategies to build best in class financial products
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and partners from end to end of the process
Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy
Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
Partner with business owners, partners, and tech teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan
Develop, implement and leverage data strategy to develop and improve the products
Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Manage the product roadmap for all financial products of TIKI
Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues
Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
Partner with other tech teams to manage the roadmap to ensure that we deliver all capabilities on time and per expectation
Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging
Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements

Skills and Qualifications:

4-7 years experience in product management or similar
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Curiosity and commitment to excellent
Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
A Master-degree is a plus
