Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the career and job search industry.
Analyze competitor products and industry benchmarks to inform product strategy and positioning.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap based on market insights, user feedback, and business objectives.
Clearly define and communicate product requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
User Experience and Design:
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create an intuitive and user-friendly platform that enhances user experience.
Continuously iterate on product design based on user feedback and usability testing.
Feature Development:
Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new features and enhancements for the career platform.
Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful product launches.
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure product success and guide future decision-making.
Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize product performance.
Product Launch and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide training and support to sales teams on new features and updates.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience of 3+ years in product management, preferably in the career platform or searching software industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Familiar with agile development methodologies.
Passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
