Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to solve complex business challenges across multiple functions and levels in the organization.
Translate ambiguous business goals into clear and measurable objectives and actionable processes/programs.
Run ongoing and ad-hoc analyses in support of business objectives and operational effectiveness, and as input to key planning and business review processes.
Define and measure performance on key processes and success criteria, and establish necessary program governance, to enable business execution and efficiency.
Drive change, influence decision making, and lead adoption of key business processes across all levels of the organization.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience defining business requirements and managing operational efficiency (e.g., business strategy, data analysis, metrics and insights, process improvements).
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional or cross-team projects and programs.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience working in the computer science, networking or engineering domain, or working in a technical environment.
Experience in influencing the development of new software tools and process-based solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
