Blacktree is a global private equity and venture capital investment company. To kick start one of its fully funded ventures, Blacktree is teaming up experienced professionals to build a cutting-edge e-commerce exchange platform that will change the business in the sector. The project is backed by top IT and operation founders.
Now, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager responsible for development in HCMC.
Responsibilities:
• Design the system architecture and develop the best exchange platform from scratch;
• Establish and maintain a best-in-class engineering environment;
• Build and manage the engineering teams to execute the project against delivery commitment and project planning;
• Facilitate technology and methodology decision making throughout the team, including standardization, code reuse, agile development, best practice, source control, automation and deployment processes;
• Provide technical guidance and directions, code reviews and optimizations;
• Liaise with other departments to understand functional and business requirements and align with the business strategy;
• Create and maintain documentation;
• Maintain, expand and test systems;
• Conducts unit testing and integration testing;
• Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget;
• Participate in system expansion and upgrade operations.
Yêu cầu
• BS/MS in Computer Science, engineering, or related fields;
• 05+ years of software development with deep knowledge of database/web/service/mobile technologies;
• Proficient with developing large-scale e-commerce platforms;
• A strong sense for code quality and experience with unit and functional tests;
• Proficient with Java/J2EE application, Spring Boot platform or the ASP.NET platform;
• Expert level programming with at least one of the mainstream database engines: SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB and Redis;
• Familiar with development, testing and repository tools;
• Familiar with automated build and deployment tools;
• Experienced with database design and model development;
• Object-oriented programming especially server side, interface and API service design and implementations and love to code;
• Experienced in Scrum methodology and Agile development process;
• Hands-on Block chain experience is a required;
• Ability to self-manage and work autonomously;
• Good in English communication and can write technical/ business document.
