Mô tả công việc
1. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure electrical and ELV work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements, quality standards, safety regulations, and the master schedule.
2. Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFI & RFV and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
3. Inspect completed units to verify they meet the required quality standards before handover from contractors.
4. Identify non-conformances, issue site comments, and follow up corrective actions.
5. Coordinate resolution of site clashes, discrepancies, and technical issues among contractors and consultants.
6. Monitor inspections, testing, commissioning, and integrated testing of electrical systems (power, ELV, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, backup power).
7. Support preparation for authority inspections, approvals, and final handover. Coordination with facility management teams during testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Professional certifications related to electrical engineering or construction management are an advantage.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering for high-rise residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments....
Prior experience working for or closely with
Developers / Project Management Units (PMU) is highly preferred.
Strong exposure to site supervision and contractor coordination in high-rise projects.
