Senior Project Manager shall be a part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam, leading key projects with clients worldwide.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Communicate with customers for requirement analysis, project plan and project progress.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedule with high quality.
- Review all project documentation.
- Provide software proposal, estimation base on project requirement.
- Assign tasks to resources efficiently.
- Report project progress, issues, technical solution, etc. to Department Head
- Support project members on technologies and provide solution decisions.
Yêu cầu
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Qualification: University or higher
- Year of Experiences: More than 5 years
- University degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications or related majors.
- At least 3 -year experience in project management.
- At least 3-year experience in embedded development (RTOS, Linux, Android, Potting Technology, Optimization ...)
- Experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, quality control and communication management.
- Strong sense of quality and client orientation.
- Strong experience in development process & manage KPI by CMMI, Agile...
- Leadership and Negotiation skill
- Preferred Language: Japanese/ English (Japanese Speaking is a great advantage)
