Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager - Design

* Scope of position:
Be responsible for management of design/interior fitting-out works in a fast-track hotel resort, casino and golf court development project in Vietnam. By coordinating with the operators, users, architects and designers, Suppliers and Contractors, the positions will supervise the process to deliver high quality designs for the top-of-the-class development to meeting the fast-track program.
* Responsibilities:
• Provide close support to AVP /SPM - Design in all activities related to design of the project
• Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Management, Design, Commercial, Structural/Civil, MEP, Safety)
• Interview and recommendation of design consultants
• Drawing review, material assessment, cost evaluation and time schedule are major responsibility of this post
• Master layout plan coordination and preparation by design consultants
• Coordinate with operators and users for the operational requirements and design criteria
• Facilitate coordination for conceptual design, schematic design and design development in aspects of architectural, interior design, façade, landscape, golf court, etc.
• Manage design development, coordination and presentation in BIM system
• Supervise the progress of design development, design coordination, drawing issuance, shop drawings and materials submission and approval, and design problems solving to ensure smooth accomplishment of project milestones
• Manage and review mock-ups and sample constructions
• Prepare presentations and recommendations of designs to the operators and users
• Manage and supervise the designers' resident design team and quality control team
• Recommend alternate designs, materials and methods that required to safe time, improve quality and reduce costs
• Assist AVP with all related interior design schedules to be completed on time, in high quality, environmentally high standard, safety and good maintenance.
• Review commercial contracts and progress payments
• Other assignments from direct supervisor and Management Board.
