Senior Project Manager

*** Project Management:

- Expected result: Independently execute and deliver complex projects within the predefined requirements.

- Core activities:

+ Control projects regarding to Planning, Costs, Resources, Quality, Scope & Risks and delivery of our contractual obligations.

+ Report on the project status (internal as well as external).

+ Prepare and finalise contracts with Clients and Subcontractors.

+ Maximize the project profit: setting up and guarding the budget, cost efficiency, variation management.

+ Represent the company and the project team towards the client. Giving presentations.

+ Set up the project definition and quotation in the contract phase.



*** Internal activities:

- Expected result: Knowledge development and knowledge transfer contributing to the development of the office.

- Core activities:

+ Contribute to expansion of knowledge in the field of project management and project management tools.

+ Knowledge transfer and tutor (junior) project managers.

+ Promote knowledge transfer within Royal HaskoningDHV.



*** Acquisition and public relation control:

- Expected result: Active support of marketing team in the acquisition of new orders

- Core activities:

+ Anticipate developments with the client that have the potential to lead to additional or new orders.

+ Develop and maintain public relations (originating in projects) with (potential) clients for Royal HaskoningDHV.

+ Contribute to the acquisition in consultation with the market units.
