Senior Python Developer Django

To support our international expansion, Open Web Technology Vietnam has an immediate job opening for a Senior Full-stack Developer (Python) based in Vietnam. We offer the opportunity to join an international work environment with dedicated developers, QA and DevOps engineers, and to replicate in the APAC region the successful model we have developed over the years with our European Clients who are leading Corporation in leading industries such as Telecommunications, Banks, Insurances, Media, Healthcare and Consumer Goods industries.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop, optimize, and maintain scalable web/applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
• Ensure clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure application stability and performance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development industry
• 3+ years of experience in Python development (experiences on Django framework is a plus)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React (React Router, Redux) technologies, Typescript and either Angular (Angular 2, Angular 9+ , Rxjs)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git)
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

• Experience with Scrum development
• Good at communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
