Senior QA Manual (Onsite 100% | 11am - 8pm)

About Us We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the existing codebase of our high-traffic website and management system of Gigsberg and Footballticketnet
As a QA Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web applications and management systems through comprehensive testing and validation. You will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues, validate business requirements, and deliver a stable and reliable product.
Responsibilities
Manual Testing &
• Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and checklists (functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing).
AI-Driven QA &
• Logic: Leverage AI tools and LLMs to generate smart test cases, predict edge cases, analyze failure logs, and optimize testing logic and efficiency.
API &
• Database Validation: Execute API testing via Postman and validate data integrity directly using SQL across UI, API, and database layers.
Bug Tracking &
• Agile Delivery: Document defects in Jira, collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues, and support rapid release validations.
Test Automation (Nice-to-Have): Build and maintain test scripts using modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) when automation support is needed.
Requirements
Experience: 4 years of manual software testing experience across at least 2 different companies.
AI Tooling & Logic (Mandatory): Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, AI testing assistants) to enhance testing logic, write prompts for script generation, and troubleshoot efficiently.
Technical Stack: Solid understanding of SQL for database queries and Postman for API testing.
Test Automation (Nice-to-Have): Basic coding or scripting capability with modern automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress). (Note: Pure execution is manual, but automation familiarity is a strong plus).
QA Fundamentals: Strong command of QA methodologies, bug management tools (Jira, TestRail, X-ray), and web-based or e-commerce application testing.
Soft Skills: High ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and fluent, clear English (written and verbal).
