Senior QA/QC Test Engineer

The Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for Japanese Test Designer who can contribute to manual test case management, communicate with relating stakeholder and develop the application in cooperation with the product manager, working in the form of Squad, a small team can quickly and consistently engage in everything from design to development, testing and operation.

Job Scope

• Performing test analysis, design and execution of web and mobile applications
• Creating test reports
• Having a high awareness of product quality, such as improving system requirement definition accuracy and improving UAT process, while creating and implementing under your own plan
• By being involved in the early stages of a project, detecting and responding quickly to risk factors such as bugs and schedules.
• Planning and implementing measures to prevent recurrence of problems

• Automation test: Autify
• Backend: Ruby(on Rails), Go, Amazon Aurora(MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
• FrontEnd: [protected info], ReactJS
• Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
• Deploy/ Build: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
• Others: swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma

Must-haves:

• Has experienced testing of Web Service and Mobile Application: 3 years or above
• Has experienced developing test cases, executing test and reporting test results
• Japanese N1/N2
• Ability to communicate well in development projects
• Empathy for Andpad's mission and values

Nice to have:

• Good at English communication
• Working experience in Japanese projects as QA/QC
• Has experienced tests relevant in Security or Performance
• Able to grasp trends and research new technologies
• Experience working for web development related companies
