Own the Quality Strategy: Design, implement, and own comprehensive test plans (functional, integration, performance, security) for complex web and mobile applications.
Champion Automation: Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks from scratch using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to drive efficiency and reliability.
Drive Defect Prevention: Collaborate closely with
developers on root cause analysis, embedding quality standards and preventative measures directly into the development lifecycle.
Mentor and Lead: Guide junior Quality Assurance engineers, share industry best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
