Senior QA Laboratory Engineer
- Control analysis and testing/measurement machines of QA lab
- Lab technical study and development
- Set up analysis/testing/measurement method and condition
- Summary analysis report and make conclusion based on analysis result
- Training analysis/measurement method for lower engineer and operators
Senior Customer Service Officer
- Manage and leading team and handle customer complaint and requirement.
- Cooperate with related Dept. to investigate root cause and take action. Submit report customer timely
- Follow up improvement action and expand to similar projects
- Prepare for customer audit (audit offline, audit online and audit checksheet)
- Review customer cosmetic criteria. Align between customer and internal team for implementation.
- Assist in continuous improvement and preventive actions
