Senior Recruitment Consultant - Staffing

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Staffing, you will manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities across F&B, Retail, and other frontline workforce sectors, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
The role also involves monitoring recruitment performance, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience, and contributing to the growth of Adecco's staffing and recruitment services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mass hiring positions within F&B, Retail, and other frontline workforce sectors.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, schools, and community networks.
Develop and execute recruitment plans based on hiring demand, expansion projects, and seasonal workforce requirements.
Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Monitor recruitment performance, identify hiring challenges, and proactively recommend improvement actions.
Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand recruitment services.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of relevant experience in mass recruitment, preferably in F&B / Retail.
Proven track record and passion in building recruitment career.
Good understanding of People Management.
Strong Negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset
Good English skills, both written and verbal.
