The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment position combining both business development and recruitment delivery.
You will be responsible for building your own client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with companies across the APAC market, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for your clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and recruitment and wants to have a direct impact on the growth of a business.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new clients across the APAC region
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Develop strategic partnerships with companies across various industries
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound activities
Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
Source, assess, and interview candidates
Present qualified candidates to clients
Manage offer negotiations and closing processes
Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialized markets
Market Development
Develop expertise within selected industries and market segments
Monitor hiring trends and market developments
Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions
Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business
Requirements
7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within tech industry.
Experience in business development and client management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Fluent English required
Experience within the APAC marke
t
