· Design & Build JD for all position in the company.
· Build complete recruitment process and others regulation relating to recruitment.
· Reviewing and suggest initiatives to improve the recruitment process and cost effectiveness.
· Initiate and implement Employer Branding.
· Receiving recruitment request from Departments, define HR needs for the company and make recruitment plan monthly, quarterly, yearly.
· Post recruitment information and filter Applicant CVs.
· Contact with applicant for interview, join the interview, assess the interview outcome, fulfil recruitment process.
· Build general HR plan, strategy to keep, attract the talent for the company.
· Be an active networker and an HR Professional to represent the Company inside and outside.
· Others task assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· At least 03 years proven working experience in recruitment.
· Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field.
· Knowledge of laws and regulations related to workers.
· Interviewing, evaluating and organization skills.
· Good logical thinking, analytical and sensitive in the handling of personnel issues.
· Ability to work quickly, analyze, synthesize and solve problems well.
· Ability to adapt to high pressure work environment.
· Effective negotiation, presentation, influencing and communication skills.
· Be motivated, integrity, confidential and results driven.
· Hard working and positive attitude.
