Senior Research Associate

Job Function and Working Conditions
Applicants can expect to work on the following:
• Conduct, analyze, and write up research on how doing business in Vietnam, industrial parks, provincial, list of Vietnam Foreign Direct Investment, and market data relevant to a client's industry to inform, shape and execute business strategies and objectives for publication;
• Continually update knowledge, and understanding, and develop skills in the field or specialism specializing in economics, market entry, supply chain management.
• Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for the organization;
• Presenting findings/reports summarizing research results to clients using charts, graphs, and other visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel, Word, Power BI if needed
• Dissemination of project results through policy briefs, white papers, reports, conferences, and peer-reviewed publications
• Oversee the end-to-end process of research initiatives, from proposal to final publication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of time, budget, and personnel.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging research methodologies, and publication standards.
• Propose new research topics, methods, and approaches to improve the organization's thought leadership.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and support skill development within the team.
