Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for managing and driving compliance on RS policies and programs as well as the implementing guidelines in factories/licenses and/or Agents located in Vietnam and other nearby locations that maybe assigned.
2. Responsible in initiating investigation of RS test failures and working out remedial and/or corrective actions in coordination with the RS China team in working these with non-Vietnam suppliers.
3. Responsible for providing RS Compliance and RS-related technical trainings to assigned factories.
4. Drives and provides technical assistance for effective chemical managements in assigned factories.
Yêu cầu
- Must be a university graduate with a bachelor degree or above; have 2 years or above of RS equivalent work experience in Footwear business or an independent 3rd party lab;
- Minimum of 2 years actual footwear or 3rd party lab experience in consumer product testing, or 1-2 year experience of RS work in an international brand;
- Capable of reading RS reports;
- Have at least 1-2 years training experience on relevant fields;
- Must have basic communication skills,
- Basic English Reading comprehension capability and basic English speaking and writing capabilities are required.
- Basic understandings about 3rd party testing and materials are an added value.
- Good knowledge about product safety regulations and requirements is preferred.
