Responsibilities
As a
software engineer, you will work on bleeding-edge products that aid the workflow of our consultants and clients alike.
We run on the latest version of Rails and make heavy use of Hotwire as well as third-party API integrations.
As part of a small team, you will also have the opportunity to shape both our tech stack and the products we build with it. This means not only writing code but also pitching ideas for features, improvements and technologies that can help take our product offerings to the next level.

Technical skills:
5+ years of experience as a full-stack
developer with Ruby on Rails (Rails 7+), particularly focusing on Hotwire.
Proven ability to develop production-grade applications with Ruby on Rails, with at least 1 year of experience on Rails 7 projects.
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, technologies central to our stack:
Frontend Framework: [protected info]
UI Framework: Tailwind CSS
Database: PostgreSQL
Interest in exploring leading AI systems.
Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in writing, testing, and reviewing clean, efficient code.
Soft skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English.
A motivated, proactive learner with a growth mindset, ready to adapt and take initiative.
Management of senior stakeholders, business requirements and outcomes.
Well-prepared before updating with the client (communication & presentation skills).
