Specialising in anti-slip flooring, we use durable, low-maintenance materials to ensure our work looks great and lasts long. Our recent development includes a product that is able to achieve the Microcement finishing without cracking. Based in Singapore, we take pride in our craftsmanship and love helping our clients turn ordinary spaces into something safe and truly special.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to sales inquiries from various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger).
• Handle direct leads. No need for cold calling.
• Master product knowledge to effectively identify clients' needs and address
queries.
• Prepare sales quotations, schedules, work orders and invoicing
• Identify sales opportunities and handle after-sales feedback
• Support other required administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:
• We value proactive, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and sales performance.
• At least 3 -5 years experience/track records in Sales representative or customer service
• At least 8 years of working experience
• Strong ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English (written and spoken)
• Advantage if have prior international work experience
• Advantage if speak Mandarin
More Information:
Probationary period: 2 months
5 days work ( Thursday to Monday); including weekend and Singapore Public Holidays
Fullly remote role (work from home)
