Mô tả công việc
1. Take charge of field sales receptions and answer customers' questions.
2. Complete the whole-process property sales independently and complete sales targets.
3. Develop new customers through external expansion and the development of off-staff and distribution.
4. Assist customers to handle trade procedures, maintain old customers and promote new transactions introduced by old customers.
Nội dung công việc:
1. Phụ trách các công việc đón tiếp hiện trường và giải đáp những thắc mắc của khách hàng.
2. Có thể hoàn thành mục tiêu công việc một cách độc lập.
3. Phát triển khành hàng mới.
4. Trợ giúp khách hàng làm thủ tục giao dịch , chăm sóc tốt khách hàng cũ và hướng dẫn khách hàng mới tiến hành giao dịch.
Yêu cầu
Job qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree and above. Priorities will be granted to those with majors related to real estate operation and marketing.
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in real estate industry with excellent sales performance or sales experiences in other durable consumer goods, bulk goods, finance and insurance.
3. Strong affinity and communication ability, good-looking and elegant and adaption to great working pressure.
4. Priorities will be granted to those with expansion experience and customer resources.
5. Excellency in Chinese or English.
Priority will be granted to those who know languages of target countries.
Yêu Cầu:
1. Cấp bậc : Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiền sinh viên chuyên ngành bất động sản và tiêu thụ thị trường.
2. Có kinh nghiệm sale bất động sản từ 2 năm trở lên và có thành tích kinh doanh nổi bật, hoặc người có kinh nghiệm tiêu thụ về ngành hàng tiêu, hàng hóa với số lượng lớn và bảo hiểm tài chính .
3. Thân thiện , có khả năng giao tiếp tốt, ngoại hình dễ nhìn và thích ứng với môi trường làm việc áp lực.
4. Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệp phát triển thị trường.
