Overall job objectives
The Senior Sales Executive effectively drives sales and market growth
in the plastics, pigments, and additives sectors. The person is
responsible for setting strategies and execute the plan to achieve
sales targets
Core Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Executives - Plastics, Coating,
Pigments, and Additives in Vietnam Market
1. Sales Strategy Development:
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the plastics, pigments, and additives sectors.
• Develop customers' portfolio and customers' profiles to grow market share.
• Integrate new growth segment based on market trends and innovation in the growth plan.
2. Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• Collect and analyses market / customers forecast.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and support.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring:
• Track sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Maintain stocks at optimum level and take quick action to deplete aging stocks.
• Collecting payment on time.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business) is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the polymer or chemical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of polymer chemistry and additives is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Good teamwork
• Process strategic selling skills to effectively manage prospect to commercialization successes.
Authority level: The position has the authority on business matters related to Sales & Marketing of the products in the business.
Key deliverables
The role is required to deliver:
• Growth in the sales of the company.
• Enhance gross profit.
• Managing build up new stock and deliveries to ensure inventories against forecast.
• Manages customer account aging.
