Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing orders, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met and exceeded. Build sustainable relationships with international B2B customers and coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
1. New Customer Acquisition and Development
Proactively hunt and approach potential customers in the indoor furniture B2B sector
Source customers through email, LinkedIn, international exhibitions, website, and referrals
Research markets and identify target customers in export markets
Present products, production capabilities, and company competitive advantages
Build and manage a potential customer database on CRM
Convert leads into actual customers
2. Existing Customer Care and Development
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Consult on indoor furniture products, materials, and production technology
Upsell and cross-sell to increase order value
Resolve complaints and handle arising customer issues
Build trust and long-term partnerships
3. Sales and Export Process Management
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contract terms
Execute export operations: Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), L/C, T/T, customs clearance processes
Support customers on trading and logistics matters
Monitor and manage orders from placement to delivery
Coordinate with Costing, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure timeline adherence
Handle documentation: PO, PI, Packing List, Bill of Lading, CO
4. KPI Achievement and Reporting
Achieve and exceed KPI targets on sales revenue, new customers, and conversion rate
Develop individual sales plans by month/quarter/year
Report sales performance and customer status to
Sales ManagerAnalyze sales effectiveness and propose improvements
5. Cross-Department Communication and Technical Support
Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, Logistics, and Finance
Communicate customer technical requirements to relevant departments
Support resolving technical and quality issues for customers
Update market intelligence and competitor information
College/University degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or related fields
Strong knowledge of indoor furniture products (tables, chairs, cabinets, beds, sofas, etc.)
Clear understanding of the B2B furniture business model
Mastery of export operations: Incoterms, international payment methods, customs processes
Basic understanding of furniture production processes
Plus: Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, metal, veneer, fabric, etc.), international quality standards (CARB, FSC, etc.), international trading and logistics
Minimum 2-3 years of export furniture sales experience
Experience working with international B2B customers
Experience in trading and export operations
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI targets
Plus: Experience selling indoor furniture to US, EU, Australia, Japan markets; experience at OEM furniture companies; existing customer network in the industry; participation in international exhibitions
Good English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) - fluent communication with foreign customers - required
