Mô tả công việc
Promote and outsource for new customers. Build and expand business networks with bank branches, corporate and institutional clients;
Provide training to bank branches customer service representatives to effectively refer customers to open trading accounts at the Company. Develop a comprehensive plan (i.e. referral guides, training materials, introductions of updated products/services, ...) to ensure the bank representatives have knowledge and understanding of the products and service to make successful referrals;
Continuously monitor representatives' performance and provide feedback for improvement, ultimately driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction;
Develop relationships across business units in PBSV to identify & develop strategic marketing campaigns that support the commercial objectives of PBSV;
Work within cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities. Manage reputational, compliance, legal and other risks associated with marketing complex financial products by adhering to comprehensive approvals processes;
Organize internal communication activities and events with PBSV's partners.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services or securities industry;
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products;
Strong communication, problem solving, management skills and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset;
A strong understanding of financial mardkets and regulations is highly desirable;
Good command of English.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services or securities industry;
