Resonponsibilities
- Analyze data, generate insight to build new features, program to improve engagement, seller experience in operation
- Lead, plan and collaborate with other departments and multiple stakeholders to roll out
- Assist to ensure the project finish on-time, high quality and with optimial resources
- Monitor the progress and reporting all the delays, risks and issues to project stakeholders and resolving problems
- Provide consultations towards stakeholders and effectively solve issues that arose in project SOW
- Monitor and analyze project results in order to identify and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experiences in project management
- Experience in data management, process, and analysis
- Understanding of key metrics/terms of marketplace operations used in the company and industry
- Knowledge of seller behavior, experience in operation in terms of concept, theory and framework
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate lower level memebers when required
- Presentation skills and project management, able to transform complex concepts into clear and structured
- Effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation
- Organizational acumen to keep track of all of the various complex moving pieces involved in a project or ongoing operations of a business
- Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make adjustments as necessary, proposed solutions are practical, reasonable and creative
- High level of technical expertise in your specific domain or industry, to help anticipate problems and solutions before they occur
- Teamwork as well as be independent
