Responsibilities:
• Identify SEO issues and propose strategies to improve the ranking of product pages for VMware, MSP and Microsoft 365 product lines, leveraging both traditional SEO methods and RAG-driven insights.
• Find friction points on existing product pages and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates from visitors to qualified revenue leads.
• Collaborate with the content team to design and execute an effective content marketing strategy for VMware, MSP and Microsoft 365 product lines, integrating RAG workflows to enhance relevance, scalability, and semantic alignment.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and apply RAG-powered semantic search techniques to stay ahead of market trends.
• Build and maintain RAG knowledge bases/vector databases to strengthen content retrieval and ensure SEO content meets both user intent and search engine requirements.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years of B2B SEO experience in the US market combined with hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhancing content workflows, semantic search, and organic growth.
• Proven ability to design and manage RAG workflows for SEO and content marketing, including building and optimizing knowledge bases/vector databases.
• Ability to integrate AI-driven strategies into SEO and content planning to stay ahead of market trends.
• Proven track record in optimizing multi-language websites, ensuring visibility and performance across diverse markets.
• Deep expertise in ranking factors and search engine algorithms, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changes.
• Strong experience in SEO competitive analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search - Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and skilled at transforming data into actionable insights.
• Solid background in marketing content planning and alignment with business objectives.
• Upper-intermediate (or higher) English language skills, with strong communication abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and proactive in driving results.

• Experience working with WordPress
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Experience with web page A/B testing to improve conversion rates
• Experience with data visualization tools for effective reporting
