Handle daily export & import shipments (sea, air, local trucking).
Arrange booking, shipping schedule, and follow up shipment status.
Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB).
Familiar with Vietnam import & export license application and renewal process.
Handle and submit the annual import & export report to Vietnam Customs.
Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and factories.
Support customs clearance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Check freight invoices and support cost control.
Maintain proper shipping and customs records for audit purpose.
Support and guide junior shipping staff when needed.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
5+ years shipping experience, must be from Electronic Manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of Vietnam import & export procedures.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documents.
Familiar with ERP / SAP and MS Excel.
Good English & Vietnamese.
Careful, responsible, able to work under pressure.
