Mô tả công việc

60% Content-relating jobs:

Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers' needs, and collaborate with Research team for insightful knowledge about the industries and clients.
Closely work and build content plans (seeding plan for crisis, campaign engagement...) in alignment with client's short/ long-term media plan, in order to optimize their social activities' performance.
Pro-actively consult clients about all content-related issues to help them achieve their KPIs (engagement, brand trust, loyalty...) on media channels (social network, news...).
Perform content audits and identify gaps in our content to recommend appropriate refinement.
Receive client feedback, evaluate and recommend adjustments to help resolve issues.
Proofread and edit written pieces before publication as well as update published content.
Manage both internal and external partners to meet the company's commitment to client.
Establish core style guides upon client's activities to specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content.
Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics.
Highly proficient in writing and storytelling skills.
Mainly be in-charge of client facing jobs.
Do training activities periodically to keep the team updated about professional knowledge.
To monitor 2 team members upon the performance based on the company defined KPIs.
Along with Research team to be responsible for the success rate of contract renewal.
Work under high pressure occasionally (overtime, weekend...)

Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
40% Social media planning jobs:

Collect and analyze information on different media channels, focusing on social ones (Facebook, YouTube, Forum...).
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determine which social media channels fit best for specific activities/ campaigns.
Create or recommend certain media strategies to attract and retain audiences, increase the client's brand recognition, maintain and increase the brand's satisfaction and loyalty.
Assess the impact and suitability of different social media types used to target certain markets based on their clients' needs and wants.
Develop various options for social media plans based on the client's objectives.

Yêu cầu

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing or related field).
2+ years of social media planning experience, esp. in crisis handling, performance optimizing...
Proven content strategy and social channel management experience.
Experience identifying content to support effective digital marketing presence.
Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
Deep understanding of current and future digital trends across all platforms.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent analytical and idea expression skills.
Exceptional marketing and collaborative skills.
Be fluent in English is a must, esp. being convenient in writing and communicate in English.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Be responsible and ambitious for self-progressing along with the company.
Be organized and detail-oriented.
Proven team management experience is preferable.
