Drive social content strategy across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, translate brand and business goals into quarterly content plans, monthly editorial calendars, and full-funnel briefs.
Own short-form video direction for TikTok and Reels define hooks, formats, and pacing grounded in consumer insight and community signals.
Translate audience behavior (community sentiment, search patterns, KOC signals) into content opportunities that drive acquisition, engagement, and follower/community growth.
Uphold brand voice, editorial consistency, and content standards across the B2C brand.
Use modern content tools (AI-assisted production, social listening, trend intelligence, creator partnerships) to deliver content at pace while maintaining quality.
Support creative ideation and content direction across multiple B2C brands, ensuring campaigns and social content align with each brand's positioning, audience profile, and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Creative and Design teams to develop platform-native content concepts, campaign angles, visual references, and creative assets that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement.
Contribute creative input throughout campaign planning and execution, including trend-based recommendations, messaging ideas, and content direction to improve campaign effectiveness and social performance.
2. Performance & Paid-Organic Integration (35%)
Own and monitor social performance KPIs, including reach, engagement, follower/community growth, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics, while driving continuous month-on-month improvement through testing, optimization, and content iteration.
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing teams to translate high-performing organic content into Paid Social creative directions and hook variations.
Build and maintain performance dashboards, provide regular reporting and actionable insights, and translate data into ongoing content optimization plans.
Conduct post-campaign performance reviews to identify key learnings, document best practices, and develop scalable content playbooks.
3. Leadership, Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration (25%)
Support and guide junior
content creators and freelancers through feedback, collaboration, and shared best practices to strengthen overall team capability and content quality.
Collaborate closely with Brand, Performance, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns and seasonal initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and platform expansion initiatives, including new market activations, KOL/UGC collaborations, and partnership campaigns.
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced B2C e-commerce environment, contributing directly to content production and campaign delivery when needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in social content,
brand marketing, growth marketing, or
digital marketing, with at least 2 years leading social channel strategy and execution in either an in-house or agency environment.
Proven ability to grow brand social presence with measurable business impact, including follower/community growth, engagement improvement, conversion uplift, or content-driven revenue performance.
Strong planning and execution capability, with the ability to translate business objectives into content roadmaps and execute campaigns independently.
Strong expertise in short-form video content across TikTok, Reels, and emerging Asian social platforms; familiarity with Rednote/Xiaohongshu is a plus.
Solid understanding of consumer behavior, audience insights, and social trends, with the ability to translate insights into relevant content opportunities.
Integrated understanding of paid and organic social strategies, with the ability to leverage organic insights to support paid creative direction.
Comfortable working with performance dashboards, reporting metrics, and data-informed content optimization.
Experience supporting or mentoring junior content creators, freelancers, or external agencies is an advantage.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Brand, Performance, Sales, and Product teams.
Strong creative judgment, brand awareness, and attention to content quality and consistency.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2C e-commerce environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required.
Experience in B2C e-commerce, retail, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows, social listening tools, influencer/KOC/UGC programs, or creator partnership initiatives is a plus.
Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or multiple concurrent campaigns is an advantage.
