We are seeking a Senior Social Media Account Executive to support the Social Media Team in managing our social media accounts. The ideal candidate is an innovative and detail-oriented individual capable of executing social media projects that drive our clients' engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
YOUR SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Social Media Campaign Execution
● Planning and executing social media campaigns & always on across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
● Ensure campaign components are delivered on time, aligned with objectives, and within budget.
2. Client Communication & Account Management
● Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
● Maintain regular communication via email, calls, or in-person meetings to update progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
● Develop trust and strong working relationships with clients.
3. Content Creation & Direction: Generate detailed content ideas and directions aligned with campaign goals and audience interests. Including: Social media posts and captions, Social video scripts and hooks.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights or third-party dashboards.
● Provide insights and tactical recommendations on content type, timing, and formats to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
5. Admin & Coordination
● Liaise with third-party partners including influencers, content 3rd party or media partners for content delivery and collaboration. Including paperwork.
● Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate and up to date.
6. New Client Pitch Support
● Assist in building social media strategies and content mockups for new business proposals.
● Work with the creative and strategic teams to develop proposal decks that highlight social strengths.
7. Team Collaboration
● Coordinate closely with the account team and creative team for integrated campaign execution.
● Ensure social deliverables complement other digital and offline marketing elements.
● Participate in brainstorming and internal review meetings.
8. Trend & Platform Updates
● Proactively monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, trending formats, and best practices.
● Share insights with internal teams and recommend new ideas to keep brand social presence fresh and relevant.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 4 years of experience in Account, Social Media management and Content development, preferably in an agency setting, with additional experience in Digital or B2B/eCommerce/Corporate is a plus.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms & management tools, including algorithms, best practices, ads, and how to detect & resolve system problems (if any).
● Good data analysis skills.
