Senior Software Project Manager cum Agile Team Coach

Your main roles & responsibilities:

• Lead the Migration of a New Core Workflow Platform
  • Oversee the migration of 250+ applications, ensuring timelines are met and aligned with business priorities
  • Integrate new application requests and change requirements into the migration roadmap with precision and agility.
  • Apply AI-driven planning and automation to streamline delivery and enhance decision-making.
• Ensure High-Quality, On-Time Delivery
  • Implement a robust quality management framework to ensure all deliverables meet Bosch's global standards.
  • Apply technical risk management strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clear focus on timeline management, balancing migration efforts with new development needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration
  • Facilitate and moderate cross-functional meetings across global teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Resolve conflicts constructively and foster a harmonious team spirit to drive on-time delivery.
• Coach teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile project management or product delivery roles.
• Strong experience in project management
  • Migration Planning & Execution: Experience managing large-scale migrations with complex dependencies.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle new and changing requirements alongside migration efforts.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Familiarity with applying AI tools to optimize planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Risk & Timeline Management: Proven ability to manage technical risks and deliver on schedule.
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using project management tools.
• Expert in Agile Team Coaching (ATC)
  • Facilitation & Moderation: Expert in leading cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
  • Team Harmony & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in maintaining team morale and resolving challenges swiftly.
  • Agile Mindset: Strong coaching ability to embed Agile principles and foster continuous learning.
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus
