Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop detailed structural construction drawings, including design, modeling, and documentation for medium to large-scale projects.
• Utilize BIM tools such as Revit and Tekla to create accurate 3D models and manage construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant structural codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Optimize workflows using BIM tools and explore AI-driven enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration of structural design elements.
• Support senior project members in client interactions, resource estimation, and workflow planning.
• Conduct quality reviews of work packages to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, ensuring consistency in design and documentation.
• Support project execution by performing additional tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• B.Sc., above in Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural modeling and documentation.
• Proven experience in preparing complex structural systems for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, and transportation systems.
• Familiarity with international regulatory environments. (eg. UK, AU)
• Proficiency in: Revit or Tekla, AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding in BIM platforms: Navisworks, BIM 360, Revizto, Trimble Connect.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Other Requirements:
1. Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of international structural design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, AISC, BS, ACI, ASCE, AS).
• Strong understanding of structural systems (steel, concrete)
• Proficiency in modelling and documentations and issue resolution.
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
• Skilled in resolving technical challenges and ensuring deliverable quality.
3. Project Management:
• Experience in managing structural modeling of multiple projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverable quality.
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines and QA/QC compliance.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Capability to understand client requirements and provide updates.
• Proficiency in addressing client feedback and implementing changes.
