Lead inspection planning and execution in line with PQP, ITPs, and project specifications
Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and verify welder qualifications
Supervise welding activities, NDT processes, and defect resolution
Conduct mechanical inspections on pressure equipment, piping, and rotating/static equipment
Witness testing (hydro, pneumatic, leak tests) and ensure material traceability
Produce inspection reports, NCR/CAR documentation, and final release dossiers
Coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, and suppliers as a technical focal point
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirement
Yêu cầu
Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in mechanical/welding inspection (EPC/EPCM projects), including TPI or client-side roles
Certifications:
CSWIP / AWS (welding)
ISO 9712 / ASNT Level II (NDT)
Strong expertise in welding validation, inspection techniques, pressure testing, and quality documentation
Familiarity with codes such as ASME, AWS, API, ISO standards
Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
API certifications (510/570/653)
Coating or bolting certifications (e.g., NACE/AMPP)
Experience with advanced NDT methods (PAUT, TOFD) and digital tools
Exposure to international regulations (PED/CE, EN standards)
