Senior Supervisor, Corporate Solutions Planning and Initiatives

Job purpose

- Provide supports in drafting business plans, tracking plan execution on 3 different channels (Direct, General

Agency, Worksite Marketing) by producing periodical reports on KPI (sales performances, expenses,

headcount...)

- Facilitates initiatives via collecting and analyzing data, particularly competitor products and sales activities

- Co-ordinate sales team's inputs during IT, marketing and product development projects.

- Supervise adherence to compliance guidelines (e.g. anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, information

security...) at the front-line level. Make improvement recommendations to department head as needed.



Major accountabilities



Planning and reporting:

- Prepare periodic reports: AFYP, Persistency, Expenses for senior management levels

- Prepare ad-hoc reports: forecast/experience study, initiative evaluations, regulators requests

Prepare communication to other departments (slides, reports, write-ups...)



Project coordination:

- Support to draft business cases, track initiatives progress, and make recommendations to department

head

- Connect teams that are working on similar initiatives

Manage project documentations and archives



Compliance enforcement:

- Coordinate with company-wide risk management and compliance activities

- Supervise General Agency internal control processes and make necessary recommendations to meet Sun

Run name screening and other preliminary checks to identify high-risk entities



Market intelligence:

Maintain market knowledge database for product development and contract biddings
