This role oversees end‐to‐end operational execution, including capital expenditure management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance - while driving continuous improvement and leading the local teams in alignment with regional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations Management: Manage country-level supply chain activities including purchasing coordination, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics execution to meet customer delivery requirements. Monitor supply chain performance and address operational issues promptly.

Team Leadership (Manager Scope): Lead and develop the local supply chain team (warehouse, logistics, planning staff, Quality, SHE, RA). Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and support capability building. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
Continuous Improvement & Cost Control: Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, warehouse productivity, and inventory accuracy. Support implementation of supply chain improvement projects at country level. Monitor operational costs and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with Brenntag's QSHE standards and local regulations. Promote safety-first practices in warehousing and transportation operations. Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to chemical handling requirements.
Capex Management: Develop, propose, and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans for site operations, warehousing infrastructure, equipment upgrades, and safety improvements. Lead end-to-end execution of approved CAPEX projects-from scoping, vendor evaluation, and budgeting through implementation and commissioning. Ensure CAPEX projects deliver operational efficiency, compliance improvements, and long-term asset reliability. Work closely with regional and finance teams to track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Site Operations Management: Oversee daily site operations including production/blending, bulk handling, repacking, storage, and facility maintenance. Ensure the site remains audit-ready and compliant with operational, environmental, and safety standards. Implement SOPs, monitor operational KPIs, and improve site productivity and equipment reliability. Coordinate emergency response readiness, waste management, utilities, and site infrastructure workstreams.
Quality Assurance (QA): Ensure all products handled on site meet Brenntag's quality standards and customer requirements. Oversee QA processes including product release, sampling, Certificate of Analysis/Certificate of Quality management, and lab testing (where applicable). Lead investigations into quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints with strong root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and support internal/external audits (ISO, corporate, customer). Drive continuous quality improvement and compliance with Brenntag's Global Quality standards.
Regulatory Affairs (RA): Ensure full compliance with local chemical regulations, including product registrations, licensing, permits, and transportation rules. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation such as SDS, product labels, declarations, and submissions in coordination with regional RA teams.
