YOUR JOBS:
1. Sourcing & Vendor Management
Build and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics providers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and trade agreements (e.g., EVFTA, RCEP).
2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Develop and implement efficient inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely product availability to support regional sales schedules.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across branches, with a focus on cost control.
3. Export Operations & Regional Logistics Coordination
Manage compliance with Vietnam's export regulations, including customs clearance and documentation.
Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any disruptions in the supply chain.
Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
4. Production & Demand Planning
Analyze sales data and regional market trends to forecast demand and create production schedules.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to align production timelines with client requirements.
Ensure the master production forecast meets customer needs while balancing inventory costs.
5. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement
Identify and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs, focusing on transportation and procurement efficiencies.
Lead process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance supply chain operations.
Provide regular updates to the Account and
Business Development teams on order status, lead times, and production schedules.
