Mô tả công việc
Develop and maintain demand forecast models based on pharmaceutical trends and consumption patterns.
Place monthly orders to the factory; manage stock on hand and goods in transit (Distribution Requirements Planning - DRP).
Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing slow-moving and obsolete stock..
Analyze and define safety stock levels for each SKU..
Implement and ensure the effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process..
Propose process improvements and identify risks of out-of-stock (OOS).
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, and
Purchasing to align integrated supply plans.
Review actual consumption versus forecast at customer and product level; recommend adjustments.
Support and coordinate monthly S&OP meetings.
Balance inventory optimization with customer service level targets.
Drive continuous capability building in the supply planning for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards and laws.
Making reports as assigned by the manager.
Other tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or BOD.
Yêu cầu
Have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business
Have 4+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, especially in Demand planning.
Have 2+ years working in a pharmaceutical-cosmetic company.
Priority is given to candidates working in import-export - Purchasing goods for medical equipment companies, pharmaceutical-cosmetic companies, and related industries.
Fluency in English (4 skills)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong in system SAP/APO, familiar with ERP systems and manufacturing environment.
Excellent in data analysis: Python, Excel, Power BI, and SQL (preferred). And statistical forecasting with track records
Strong in end-to-end Supply Chain view, Demand planning process, forecasting, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
Leadership in continuous improvement and clear direction.
Agile with fluctuation/change, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong in inventory management, project management, and time management.
Strong communication skills. Having consulting experience is a plus
Ability to adapt easily and handle several tasks at one time
Customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form
Well-organized with the ability to determine priorities with little supervision
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database applications
Careful, responsible for jobs.
Ability to resolve problems, work under high pressure and challenges, systematic and detailed focus.
