Cloud Migration Leadership: Plan and lead the end-to-end migration of the existing virtualization platform to OpenStack so the organization runs on a unified, scalable private cloud.
OpenStack Architecture & Design: Design and build the OpenStack architecture (compute, storage, networking) so new services deploy on a standardized, highly available and scalable platform.
Server Operations & Stability: Operate and maintain Linux servers and the OpenStack environment to keep production systems highly available and running smoothly.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Own monitoring across servers, applications, hardware and networks so incidents are detected early and resolved fast, minimizing user impact.
Security & Compliance : Harden and protect systems and networks to safeguard against threats and keep the environment compliant with security standards.
Performance, Automation & Continuous Improvement : Automate provisioning and optimize infrastructure to reduce recurring incidents, cut operating cost and steadily improve system performance.
Technical Mentorship : Guide junior engineers and set operational standards so the team scales its capability alongside the platform.
