Talent Acquisition Consultant, also known as talent recruiter, is a person who builds a system to find, train and educate qualified people to become the right person for a position / current recruitment demand or Future. In addition, Talent Acquisition Consultant is also the person who creates relationships with universities, recruitment websites and is responsible for building recruitment brands and manage the most reasonable and balanced recruitment costs.
Daily Major Responsibilities
• Build a funnel to attract talent from input to output (clearly see each step that a novice employee needs to go through and design the corresponding funnel), ensure the quality of the output for the required positions recruiting now and in the future.
• Create relationships with universities, large source recruitment sites, reputable. Continually update information from these sources.
• Estimate recruitment budget for the whole funnel. Proposing annual funding for the board of directors and ensuring the output of necessary positions for the business.
• Anticipate hiring needs and compare them with reality.
• Recruit, evaluate and train the recruitment team in the enterprise.
• Responsible for organizing recruiting events for the business.
• Experienced in hiring Expats.
• Measure and evaluate metrics on funnel hiring and other related jobs.
• Focus on:
Total number of CVs/recruitments
Percentage of candidates passing CV
Percentage of candidates who pass the first interview round.
Percentage of candidates who pass the 2nd round of interview.
Proportion of candidates on probation
Ratio of candidates to full-time employees
Recruitment advertising effectiveness index
Time to recruit staff.
• Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in education: Human resource, Hospitality or relevant field.
• At least 2 years' experience in work as TA Consultant or similar positions.
• Experienced in TA in the field of Hotels, Restaurants from 4 stars or more, and Casino.
• Proficient use of supporting tools for data storage and systems.
• Make good use of social networks and other online channels to reach candidate Leads for the top of the funnel.
• Experienced in organizing Offline events to attract the attention of candidates for businesses.
• Ability to lead, lead a team and work well in Teamwork.
• Building long-term relationships with partners such as universities, major news sites, ...
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
