• Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence: Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, developing strong talent networks and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates before hiring needs become urgent.
• Hiring Excellence & Quality Standards: Define, implement, and uphold hiring standards across all functions and seniority levels to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Recruitment Advisory: Partner closely with department heads and
business leaders to understand hiring requirements, define success profiles, and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Recruitment Process Optimisation: Design, refine, and continuously improve interview frameworks, assessment methodologies, and hiring workflows to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.
• Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Strengthen the company's employer brand and employee value proposition, positioning the organisation as an employer of choice for top talent.
• Recruitment Analytics & Performance Management: Own recruitment metrics, reporting, and hiring insights, leveraging data to improve pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
