Mô tả công việc
- Work with the finance team, respective departments, and regional tax team to ensure tax reporting, filing, and accounting compliance. Tax liabilities & expenses are transparently and accurately recorded & reconciled against the tax declaration & finalization
- Monitor tax activities and uncertain tax positions and manages audit risks.
- In charge of monthly Carriers' WHT reporting for and on behalf of 4 principals (CMA, CNC, ANL, APL)
- In charge of quarterly Freight Tax and year-end Freight tax finalization
- In charge of quarterly Vessel documents collections for DTA purposes
- Submit DTA notice & dossier to tax authorities in accordance with taxation administrative procedure
- Month-end Tax accounts closing or quarterly tax or regulatory filings
- Works on special projects, if requested; assist with yearly Tax audit preparation, Update tax SOP, internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing), and database management
- Support Tax accountant, Invoicing team in daily activities to ensure the compliance
- Assist in coordination with regional legal and local law firms in relation to company business registration updates and compliance matters
- Various tasks assigned by Finance Director
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor in Finance/Accounting
Working Experiences:
+ At least 5 years of working experience in accounting with more than 3 years in MNC companies.
+ Shipping industry experience a plus
+ Experience working with WTH, having knowledge of DTA is a plus
+ Data analysis and diagnosis, Reporting
Skills: Communication, problem-solving, holding team's accountable,
Personality: Integrity, Accountability, Confidentiality, and Compliance.
English: Good English communication
Computer: good at Microsoft Office
