Responsibilities
Communicate a project goal and strategy that informs team goals.
Create portfolio tracking mechanics to enable informed decision making, clear prioritization, and easy risk management across the portfolio.
Provide program and project management, cross-functional coordination across a large and complex stakeholder and customer groups to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
Create and communicate a consistent and overall view of the program (including objectives, priorities, delivery timelines, resourcing, current status and activities, longer-term goals, outcomes, issues, etc.), identifying gaps and driving alignment where needed.
Ensure key program metrics are defined based on technical or program needs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive action to ensure program success against metrics.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
Experience with software development and managing execution of programs.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience developing software in a cloud environment.
Experience with learning services.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive productivity and efficiency.

You will leverage and apply subdomain expertise in a relevant engineering discipline to lead efforts on domain, product, or service improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
