Mô tả công việc
1. Develop Trade Marketing plan for Strategic merchants in both short and long term by analyzing category trends, learning user insights and anticipating competitor strategies
2. Identify execution opportunities, innovation and actions plan to meet merchants and user's needs
3. Lead merchants & users activity calendar planning
4. Drive Trade Customer marketing initiatives, to increase visibility, orders and GMV with all merchants
5. Monitor and guarantee the trade marketing and merchant execution at all accounts
6. Drive merchants GMV in-line with company strategies
7. Working time: 5 days/week, from 9 am - 5:30 pm
8. Working place:
2nd Floor, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCMC
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTs
1. Thorough understanding of merchants, users behavior and category management
2. Thorough understanding of contract management and trade terms optimization
3. Good understanding / practical experience of commercial negotiation with key customers
4. Good understanding of statistical analysis tools
5. Minimum of 2 years' experience in trade marketing functions in leading FMCG companies
