Mô tả công việc
1. Training:
Plan, build Talent Development program, Succession planning and General Training
Prepare Training plan by identifying and assessing current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Implement, monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness.
Coordinate and directly participate in the development of competency frameworks, and career development paths for positions.
Propose the application of new training methods to the subjects to ensure training effectiveness.
Conduct training courses and do all training reports.
2. Recruitment:
2.1. Operational recruitment
Conduct fully life-cycle recruitment process
Responsible for interview and selection
Build and develop candidate database, functional tools
Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
Manage recruitment report
Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures
2.2. Employer Branding
Build relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops
Promote company brand through internal and social network channels
Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding
2.3. Support global project that related to recruitment
Follow up global project and implement as designed for local country
Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO
Yêu cầu
*** Education:
College/University graduated or equivalent
*** Technical skills and experience:
Office tools, especially excellent in MS PowerPoint
At least 6 years of work experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in managing Learning & Development program
Solid experience in Talent Development framework, Learning and development program
*** Soft-skills & attitude
Communication & interpersonal skills.
Presentation & training skill
Time management skill
Follow up skill
Initiative
People oriented

Team player
*** Language skills:
- Good at English communication
