Project Development & Quality Assurance
Design, build, and implement core gameplay systems & features for puzzle game
Participate in the entire project lifecycle: prototype - production - release - live ops
Collaborate with Game
Designers to develop tools supporting balancing and gameplay tuning
Work closely with Artists to integrate assets optimized for Unity standards
Optimize performance (FPS, memory, build size) to ensure smooth gameplay across multiple devices
Propose initiatives to enhance player experience and game engagement
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Design, Art, QA, and PM teams to ensure project progress and quality.
Proactively communicate, report progress, and propose technical solutions when issues arise.
Able to mentor junior members or interns in the team.
