Mô tả công việc

As a senior UX/UI designer for Diag's consumer solutions you will be fully owning patients' experience and delivering solutions aimed to empower patients with comprehensive yet easily understood information about laboratory testing. You'll be working to exceed customer expectations rethinking the scope and the outcomes of diagnostic service to provide them with tools to measure, monitor and evaluate their own health.
Key responsibilities:

Work with the product team on the concept of the product, define product design architecture and user flows
Participate in user research to better understand our customers needs, initiate your own to validate your ideas and gather feedback and insights, transform the knowledge into design solutions
Create and maintain design system to be used across all consumer solutions
Build prototypes, conduct usability testings, create final designs
Constantly improve the product identifying UX problems through observations and research and deliver design solutions to provide better user experience
Work as an individual contributor as well as part of the team if required
Oversee the variety of design projects, ensure design and user experience is consistent across the consumer solutions
Experience managing a small design team and being involved in the recruitment process is a plus

Yêu cầu

Skills & Requirements:

Good proficiency in English
4+ years of related experience in UX/UI design
A portfolio with visually appealing, and well explained UX/UI/interaction designs
A solid knowledge of design fundamentals and being able to put it into practice
A sense for prioritization and can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Being able to make reasoned decisions and provide explanation that supports the solution
Experience with Healthcare products or any kind of Process Management Systems is a plus
We are using Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Overflow
